Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered successfully, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered.
Return Request Timeline
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must raise a return or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for review or processing.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund requests involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and complimentary items.

The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification, or improper handling.

Supporting photographs, videos, and order details may be required during the verification process.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
For prepaid orders, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
